What paint do you recommend to paint the roof of a mobile home?

I’ve since updated my roof spec significantly because the Henry’s wasn’t fully solving the problem on roofs that were in bad shape. I now have a 3-step process and it’s working famously, even for metal roofs that are completely rusted and in very bad shape. The pricing below reflects my pricing because of discounts for volume orders throughout our parks. If you make a commercial account with SW, you can get much better pricing than their retail rate, fyi. The sealant in step 1 we only apply to vents and seams.
