Here’s a park that we tied up off market on behalf of one of our other sellers who was planning to 1031 into it. Unfortunately current owner was unable to give them the time needed for 1031, so we are offering it here if anyone is interested.
Development of the additional acreage is needed to make this thing shine. Obviously a 5.5-6 cap in place is not super attractive. Though maybe if you want an already stable asset, it could be good enough for you!
