Looking to partner with an experienced MHP investor to learn MHP investing and operations. I can bring money to the table and commercial property experience. I am a business owner so I have business experience. Live in NC would prefer to invest in NC , but for the right partner would invest in the southeast. Any replies or advice appreciated.
