Here it is 6+ months after my last post, and yes investors are still buying. We currently have 1 property under contract and are awaiting the decision on another offer we made on a small portfolio. In the past few months, we have made at least 10 offers on individual parks and small portfolios. Of the offers we made that did not turn into purchase agreements, there were multiple offers received and prices have gone for above asking prices.
