How are ypu? We both mostlyy in new england , but assign to other investors elsewhere. Do u have a typical cap rate, or maximum price u will spend. Any preferred states and areas, otr jyst nationwide works. What lot numbers are too small. Pohs ok, or just tohs.

nothing in the northeast right now. CT is real hard to find because there are way way less parks there and in the northeast. have you owned parks before?
