I am a mf investor , done some house flipping in the past also. Im best at finding deals for other investors through finders fees and or assigning contracts.
Looking to start buying and assigning deals for other investors. Wanted to build up my cash so assigning deals to investors would be step 1 for me in the mhp biz. My company is Cashflow Properties, LLC. I have also been in the finance biz finding equity for development deals with Blue Marlin Fin.Group. I will put a website back up. Havent had one up for a while because i havent invested in a few years.
