Having a tough time finding lenders for MHPs (under $1M) in North Carolina. Not looking for hard money lenders please.

Find the closet Union Bank branch to your park. Very friendly to MHP

Agree with credit union local to the city the park is located. They’re the ones who took the chance at us. Also, ask fellow investors in your area for recommendations and when you reach out to the lender, tell them they were recommended by John Doe, the guy you met at investors meet up. I don’t know if that will help but for me, I think it adds more credibility.
