Greetings,
Previously I was heavily involved in the Organic Food Distribution business in Northern California. I’m not phasing down that portion of my life and getting involved with MF and more specifically the MHP arena. I’d like to consider meeting like minded individuals that wish to partner on deals with very specific criteria. I’m looking for decent MSA and properties that can have value add plays. I won’t consider D parks, but will entertain C areas with potential to upgrade to C+ or B. With special emphasis in the SE where I’m located and can help oversee properties and PMs.

I’m new to these forums and look forward to discussing different deals in the near future.
