Hi there, we are looking at a 200+ pad MHP. The park is clean and stabilized in occupancy, with upside potentials. The deal is in early stage, but we try to plan ahead and thought we may potentially need an equity partner on the park (if there is a good fit). Anyone interested may PM me. Thanks.
