I have zero to do with this company but want to share as it has been invaluable in managing leaks. The reader simply wraps around your main, or whatever meters you want read (our plumber installs). Meter is $699 and annual fee is $199 I believe. We started with one and now have them on all of our parks. We can get online at anytime to check use and have set it up to alert us when it goes to a certain level. It takes a bit to get used to find a baseline for your particular park (ie compare to your actual meter for a bit). We have saved so much money with this device as we quickly know we have a problem and look for it. Customer service has also been fantastic. I just wanted to share.

What really need is something that helps us find the location the leaks. Any suggestions for something like that please?
We check with residents and then walk the park- looking under each home’s skirting- not a fun job. Look for wet areas, green grass etc. if we can’t find it and know we have a leak we call in our leak detection guy who always finds it- but they are costly so we wait to call them until we’ve tried ourselves.
