Yellow Pages Advertising

I’m considering purchasing a 2"x2" ad in my local yellow pages (I get the standard name and phone listing for free). Has anyone had experience with Yellow Pages advertising? Is it worth it? Should I just stick with the free advertising?

I have had no luck with yellow book advertising. I would use the money for Greentree, Pennysaver or Thrifty Nickel Ads.
