Foreclosures state-by-state:

I may not be reading this thing right, but it looks like NV has highest rate with 1 in 76 home mortgages in foreclosure, while VT has the lowest rate with 1 in 51,905 ortgages in some stage of foreclosure…WOW!

Seems like there is a HUGE disparity here…any folks from Nevada???

I imagine that there are all sorts of contributing factors that must be considered, but the numbers don’t look very large to me outside of NV, CA, FL.

Even in the best of economic times there are deaths causing foreclosure.
