I’ve read some of the messages on worker’s comp insurance, an interesting area for sure. The park I am looking to close on has a manager getting just free lot rent. Since he is ‘required’ to live on site, I believe there is no need to W-2 him for the value (or 1099 for that matter). But for worker’s comp, it looks like I should carry it to be safe. There is a ‘no payroll’ option available someone mentioned, is that what most are typically using?
