With winter approaching, what should mobile home park owners in the Southeast—especially those with wells, septic systems, and many surrounding trees—do to prepare their properties and residents for a safe and trouble-free winter?
Make sure to clear tree branches near homes and check the septic and well systems are in good shape before winter hits.

Thanks! Appreciate the advice. Do you think trees/branches are more dangerous in the winter or the summer. We are based in the southeast and most of the storm damages are during Spring and Summer.

We are in North Western PA on Lake Erie. Last year was a Nightmare! I had trees cut down and limbs cur back. It’s expensive.
