Hi, we have started a new division whose objective is buying, rehab and sell used mobile homes. Usually we acquire homes in our customers’ communities; now we need to expand this activity to any where in the country.
If you have vacant homes that we can buy, contact me so we will take a look and see if we purchase it from you. We can either move the home or keep it in your community, bringing a new good tenant to you.

Hi. Where is the home located?
We prefer to keep the home in the community and sell it. You screen the tenant So you get a nice tenant owning the home and paying you the lot rent.
