In your opinion, or in your state’s rulebook if available, who owns the utility service lines from the meter/regulator to the home hookup? I’m talking gas, water, electric, etc.
Some parks have meter/regulator sets which are several feet away from the home, and connected to the home via a buried service line. In the case of residential site built housing this is clearly the responsibility of the homeowner. What is your policy on this for your parks?
