What to do with Pre-Hud home in good condition?

I am buying a park with some older homes including 2 that are pre-hud. One is 1966 and the other from the early 70s. The seller has recently remolded these and put a new roof on one.

I know I can keep these as rentals, but can I safely sell these? My long term plan is to have no rentals and only rent the land.

I have sold several pre hud homes over the years and never had a problem.

Make sure they are structurally sound. I always have a licensed electrician go over the whole home to check the electrical safety.

We’ve sold a few over the years, no issues. Definitely have an electrician through.
