I’m looking to hire an engineer to design the expansion of my park in Corpus Christi, TX.
I’d need someone to design the water, sewer, electrical, and roads. I’m guessing this would fall under civil engineering, is that what kind of engineer I should be looking for?
Anyone have any references? City water, city sewer.
I would look for one of the name brand manufactured housing community designers. I cannot recall the name, but they have a booth at MHI every year.
