An open question about what is your time worth (for tax reasons) when you do everything administrative,billing,collecting,meter reading,all things computer for business thru Rent Manager, maybe a total of 30 hours a week if you include park maintenance such as sewer cleaning,road maintenance, etc. Any thoughts on the subject would be appreciated.
