The mobile home park that I am looking to buy has about 12 vacant spaces. Where is the best places to look in order to find used mobile homes?

I would contact Vanderbilt, 21st Mortgage, and Greentree. These are the Big 3 banks that control the lion’s share of repo homes. You could always buy homes out of other mobile home parks as well.

I would try to buy the best home in the best condition as possible. Stay away from heavy refurb… it will take years off your life! :slight_smile:
