I’m new to the forum , so if this has been covered , I apologize. To make this short , is this method (60-30) of putting a value on unrented spaces no longer useful ? Maybe because infilling is so much more difficult now ? I’m asking because I see that Frank places zero value on empty lots when calculating the value of a park.
