I have a background in construction so other than the septic inspection, I am choosing to do the trailer inspections myself. There are only 5 mobile homes so it should be manageable.
I’m curious what other that have gone this route have used for their checklist?
Some of the things I will be looking for are :
Condition of roof
Condition of doors / windows
Signs of plumbing leaks
Signs of outside water penetration ( roof, walls)
Signs of electrical issues ( testing all receptacles)
Soft spots in the subfloor
Insulation vapor barrier issues under the mobile home
Any other suggestions?
