hi, againg, i found the forun very helpfull and it has answer me alot of question?
and i notice that i might not be ready yet to own a mbile home park, i’m only 23 now. my friend who own about 3 parks and one is been develop ask me if i whant to buy some mobile home and bring it into his park, with no lot charge until is rented, he told me with around 10k i can buy a decent home ,this include moving expeces and minor repair, my question are , how long will this house last untill it need to be completly rebuild, or replace, also what year range i should be looking at for this price. i think this might be a good experience before getting in a park business.
