I am trying to determine which methods are most effective when trying to bring in tenants to your parks. Which would you say work best for you?

signage on main streets leading to the park.

Craigslist, offer spiffs and incentives, mhbay advertising, connect with dealers, referrals , word of mouth , let existing tenants know of the spiffs for move ins and spiff them as well
