I’m doing some research on the MH manufacturers. As a park operator, what are the top 2 or 3 most important factors you weigh in deciding which brand to buy? Would you say that most of the manufacturers are fairly similar on quality, value, and pricing within comparable tiers? Are the financing options they offer also pretty similar? Do you prioritize dealer proximity to your park? Appreciate any thoughts!
The dealer. If you’re not buying direct then the dealer matters a great deal. Better ones have get more done faster and will advocate for you with factory.
