there are several auctions and a TON of price reduced Parks for sale. Are we coming into a “correction” for Parks? Like Corey andChuck(NY) predicted years ago?

I am seeing more and more good mobile home park deals coming across my desk. It is a great time to buy a MHP while the interest rates are low, financing is plentiful and repos are available.
