What’s everyone’s opinions when it comes to website design services?
Would you let Rent Manager design a site or go with a company that specializes in websites, seo, and ppc?
I’m guessing by this question, that you are referring to your own rental manager? And he/she designs websites? Why not give them a try? He’s probably half the price of a professional… Website design takes creativity, not specialized business degree. What’s the worst? If you don’t like, don’t use it and hire someone else.

Our website is so old and lame it should almost be considered a ‘classic’. I have been thinking of having them put false ads for ‘Atari’ and '1967 Mercury Cougar" as pop ups just to give it some real nostalgia. Most new resident’s kids offer to do a new one for us ‘for free’ for junior high school projects. I love it… it works… I like old things.

not sure what rubyayala is talking about, but your requirements for a website arent an ecommerce site. You would want to optimize for SEO and local SEO so that your website at least tries to show up when people are searching for rental homes around your location. Then you’d want to optimize so people are sending inquiries in at a regular pace. I’d be happy to answer any questions you have if you’d like to message me privately.
