My name is George Wohar, and I run ReNew Mobile Homes. Since 2017, I’ve been conducting “Lonnie deals,” and my partner has been involved in the mobile home park business since 2010.
We’ve observed a significant demand for our services from park owners, primarily because we help eliminate the issue of vacant mobile homes, which results in missed lot rent.
We are currently seeking mobile home parks in New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, and Delaware to provide our services to.
Our specialty is purchasing these mobile homes, renovating them, and selling them to park-approved buyers, ensuring they remain in the park.
For instance, one of our recent projects generated an additional $57,540 in yearly gross profits for a mobile home park we worked in.
We prefer bulk purchases to make our deals worthwhile, typically starting with at least three deals. However, if you have fewer than three homes in our primary states, please still reach out.
