Water billing management by National Utility Services, Inc

Hi all! Has anyone used National Utility Services, Inc to manage their water and sewer bills for the tenants in the mobile home parks? I’m thinking about hiring them. Any insight would be appreciated :slight_smile:

I do not have any experience with National Utility Services, but have worked with Dune Labs. They are a solid solution for water submetering and have done a great job with a couple AZ MHP owners I know.

Hi,

I’ve working them for more than a year now. It has been one of the best decision. We have been tracking everything in-house from gas, electric, water, sewer through the property taxes. These guys are experts and we’ve very happy with their service.
