Wastewater treatment plant to replace septic

I am considering installing a wastewater treatment plant for under 50 units to replace septic systems. Does anybody have thoughts on where to get information on this? I search the internet, but most plants are very large for at least a few 1000s of units.

Septic is typically much less expensive. Keeping not an option?

Start by calling Astbury Water Technology, Inc out of Indianapolis Google them. They have been very helpful in my wwtp replacement. If anything, they will point you in a direction. (317)328-7153

Septic is land constrained. In smaller communities once a leach field fails, there is nowhere to put a replacement. Homes and lots may have to be removed to install new leach fields, and the new leach fields have to be up to current codes which requires them to be larger. Bottom line is that septic in a manufactured home community can be very risky to your revenues.

They have treatment systems for small to large Developement.
I’ve been intouch with them for a 22 unit park.

New code size requirements can kill expansion plans fast
