Valuation of the RV Component

I searched the archived information for help in evaluating the RV component in a MHC and could not find anything. These are not permanent RVs. They represent about 20% of the spaces in a 250 space MHC. The average 3 year cash flow from these spaces is about $15K per month or $180K annualized. Any help with valuation would be appreciated.
