We have an online system of invoicing and bill payment that is easy for your tenants to use, even those that may not have a lot of experience with online management of their bills and payments.
Our system will accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, plus we are also able to accept e-checks and PayPal. These last two options are critical as not everyone has a major credit card or may want to use a debit card or a checking account to make a payment.
Landlord-Friendly Services
ABT provides additional access to landlords and property owners as well. Our secure login portal, managers of properties can get daily reads on utility usage we are managing.
This is instrumental in detecting problems in the system or even noting any usual water usage that may be a sign of a plumbing issue.
