Update lease yes or no?

Several of our residents have resided in the mobile homes for upwards of two decades. Would you recommend that we encourage them to execute new lease agreements? If so, what are the rationales for doing so, and if not, what are the considerations against it?

Absolutely- Especially if those original leases are not your own. Always good to freshen up the docs every few years or so.

I’m executrix my neice inherited 18.5 acres wooded park in PA.
15 lots
12 POH 3 TOH Homes. All homes on foundations. Some sitting on 2 & 3 acres the rest all sit on .50 acres. It was never classified as a park for 19 yr. The man tried in 2008 to get it as a licensed park they denied it. Here comes 2010 he never knew it so he flew under the wire. Now estate being divided I am required to regain it as a park.
I said all that to say I have to give all renters new leases and copy of their rent. We rent month to month but some have been here 7, 8 ,10 yrs Leases renew monthly. Easier to evict if be necessary.
So new lease month to month or yearly required for PA
