Hey everyone, sorry to dredge this up again, but I sure could use a little advice.
Green Tree foreclosed on the home owner and is auctioning the MH. I’m curious if anyone has had experience bidding on mobile homes and knows the general price range for accepted bids? This is a 1,700+ 3/2 in South Carolina. We want to win the auction, but don’t want to over pay.
