I am new to purchasing mobile home parks in Florida. I contacted a owner of several parks that I am interested in and he asked that I send a unsolicited offer to purchase. He said that it does not have to have a purchase amount…he just needs something in writing that I contacted him first. Does anybody have a example or know what I should include?
