I would call anybody that has looked at the mobile home and ask them why they decided not to buy it. It might be the price, park, home, etc. but until you find out why they are not buying it will be difficult to cure the problem.
Most buyers only care about how much down and how much a month. I would always ask them how much they can afford instead of quoting prices.
