I own a mobile home park in upstate New York and I’m trying to get my get my manufacturer retail sales certificate I am wanting to sell mobile homes on my Park. I’m not going to be selling to the public like a dealership. And if I get that certificate, I can buy directly from the manufacturer, but the problem I’m running into is that I don’t have a high school diploma. Which is required, to get the get my manufacturer retail sales certificate I own my own construction company and I own this park they say I can’t get my license due to not having my high school diploma or a GED. Does anybody else have this problem or no a way around it?
