This is why I like MHP investments

Even though we focus on MHP, its important to keep a pulse on the broader market and the multi-family word in particular. I found it amusing while reading several articles over the past year from this one site. Between 2/10 and 3/11, there were articles ranging from the bottom of the MF world to current day where CAP rates are continually compressing.

For myself, its good to see apartment rents go up. This provides more wiggle room to raise rents in our communities. Both most importantly, it made me realize how much I appreciate the stability and consistency in the MHP world. Of course we will see cycles in this niche, but my business model works in most any cycle. My investments are not predicated on finding the proverbial ‘emerging market’. Like stocks, I believe in value investing, not marketing timing.
