We currently have an eviction that has already been won. The tenant has filed an appeal and has picked up a pro-bono counselor from TX Legal Aid. Looking for someone who is experienced with all MHP code and has good litigation track record.

@frankrolfe - Any knowledge on what happens when a PEP home is in default with the landowner, but not with PEP?
The tenant has been evicted, but the Constable will not remove him from the home because the PEP process titles the home in the buyers name, even though the park is the guarantor.
