I’m experiencing a rash of tenants moving out and taking their homes to private property. I don’t know if owners are hurting and renting land cheap to get some income or the economy is improving and people are bettering themselves. Some of land owners are doing a rent with option to purchase the land. Is this happening to anyone else?
I need an investor(s) to bring 4 to 6 homes in the park and fill these vacancies. There don’t seem to be any that do homes in Maine. Ideas?
