Friends -
A few of my residents want to have swimming pools. These are the small kind of pools - maybe only 2’ - 3’ deep and 8’ across or so. Seems like it would make the kids (and, hence, rent-paying parents) happy. Is this a good/OK idea? Or some huge liability?

Hey, Jerry and I hope things are going good for you. As far as the pools go, it seems to me that most pools in a yard require some form of fencing to keep accidents from happening. I think our point of view would be that if it holds enough water for someone to drown then it is a liability, I would contact your insurance company and see what they say about it.
