Any park owner with experience with sub metering water in Missouri mobile home parks? My city is no longer going to read the water sub meters they put in years ago and will be installing a master meter they will be reading and billing to me.
If you are sub metering your parks…Do you have to test your water? Is there any involvement with the Department of Natural Resources and/or the Missouri Public Service Commission? I do not want to just include water with the rent for many reasons. Any advice or suggestions?
