I was looking into buying some land and constructing my own mobile home park. Im currently in the military and was looking to start a business in which I reconstruct old homes or contruct new ones. Right now im currently finishing up my degree in construction management and was looking to get the business up and running. Does anybody have any good advice on starting a brand new park with just land that is undeveloped.
