I would like to build a new mobile home park i am looking into the rules, regulations, zoning etc… How much land is required to start a mobile home park? I looked in all the rules I could find and it did not have any rules on how much land you needed. The form for the data project sheet just says list how many acres? I would like to start a small park of probably 15 or so Mobile home lots. I wonder how big of a septic system you would need to handle that amount of mobile homes? I wonder if they have any house septic systems that would work or would I have to build a sewer plant to handle that many? The other thing I wonder about is if you had a septic tank for 15 lots and wanted to expand your park could you put a second septic system in and expand to additional lots?
