They are a good company and have been in business for a long time. We have purchased several mobile homes from them in Ohio.

Did they approach you? Did you approach them? What is the nature of the relationship?
They passed out flyers to all the residents. It has pretty generic info about selling their mobile home.
That sounds like a wholesaling company looking for leads, to me.
