Hi Everyone,
I’m in the process of getting this park under contract it consist of 32 spaces 28 occupied at $140 lot rent only and it has city water and sewage. The only concern that I have is the population of town it consist of 12k people it is not rural just a small city. The park is going for 230k owner is willing to finance with good terms. Do you guys think the small population could be a problem even though the park is almost full without POH.
Any suggestion would be appreciated
