Figured I’d post it here (assuming it’s allowed, think I’ve seen others in the past…). I have a park for sale in central Maine, currently listed with my Realtor. Asking $450k. 15 pads, public water and sewer. 14 POH with 12 rented and one lot renter at $310/month. Two in need of renovation. 70s to early 90s homes. Gravel roads. As-is gross of $104k/year. Selling for personal reasons, live a few hours away and things have just changed and can’t be as hands on as I used to be.
