ARK@Denali RV Campground Resort, just got Final approval on Monday for our Conditional Use Permit… Yeah!!! Anyone who has built any large development from scratch will understand the Excitement of this Accomplishment!!

So now we can close on Financing to start construction when the snow melts by the end of April = 45 - 60 days

My ultimate desire is to have a JV Equity Investor with one of the following experience in Hospitality/Food Service/RV Parks

They would have to co sign a $10M loan (Phase 1 only) and show $2.5M liquidity qualifying reserves… the only actual CASH investment would be the Fees and Closing Cost… estimated about $300K

For this I have reserved 20% Equity share

I do still have Preferred Investment opportunity open within my Round 1 Investorship…
$265K @10% for 4 year hold, equity = 3.82%
