We own 20 acres in Washington State. The property has all utilities (electric, water, and sewer) and is 100% developable. If we went through the process of getting an approved park, roughly, how much would the value of the property increase? And, would it be better to go with plans for an RV park or a mobile home park? Additional information/advice would be most appreciated; such as: ballpark cost to get to shovel ready plans and approval, number of lots possible, strategies to move forward, expected timelines, etc.
