Does anyone have any verbiage to put in the rules about a shed? I want to put that in the rules saying: it needs to be premade, 10 x 10 ect. Anybody already have that in their lease that I can see? Any good verbiage I can use? Thanks in advance!
@SDGuy Love the wording! I’m going to copy that into my R&R if you don’t mind. Mine was simply… any additions or improvements must have management prior written approval.
